Use of Services 

Our Platform allows users to:

- Compare various insurance plans 

- Apply for and purchase insurance policies 

- Submit claims and access policy support 

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with Kenyan law. 

Insurance Products 

We offer a range of insurance products including but not limited to: - Motor Insurance 

- Medical Cover 

- Travel Insurance 

- Last Expense Cover 

All products are underwritten by licensed insurance providers in Kenya. We act as an intermediary and do not underwrite insurance policies ourselves. 

 Accuracy of Information 

We strive to keep the information on our Platform up-to-date and accurate. However, we donot guarantee that all content is free of errors or omissions. It is your responsibility to readall policy documents provided by insurers before purchase. 

Payments 

Premium payments made through our Platform are securely processed via third-party payment providers. We are not liable for payment delays or failures caused by such providers. 

Claims 

All claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific insurance policy purchased. Claim forms and processes are facilitated through our Platform, but final decisions are made by the respective insurance provider.

Data Privacy 

We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019(Kenya). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and store your data. 

Intellectual Property 

All content on the Platform—including text, logos, graphics, and software—is the property of TrustShield or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part without prior written consent. 

Limitation of Liability 

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Platform, including issues relating to insurance coverage or provider disputes. 

Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws. 

Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts. 

Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform After such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
